A new entry can be set up online, via the 'Add an entry' link which appears at the foot of every entry in the directory.Complete as many of the fields as possible and then hit the 'Submit' button at the foot of the form. We will set up a new entry for you within 24 hours, and will advise you by email when this has been done. The page may then be 'fine-tuned' via the 'Edit this entry' link which appears at the foot of the entry. Thereafter, you may amend your entry at any time, in the same way, free of charge. We make no additional charge for including a logo and/or photo in an entry, and recommend such inclusion, as a way of increasing the interest and impact of an entry. Images should be sent to us in either 'jpg' or 'gif' format, either via our 'Add an entry' form, or as attachments to a regular email (info@expertsearch.co.uk).Following the setting up of your new entry, ExpertSearch Ltd will invoice you in the sum of £195. Please note that by completing and submitting an 'Add an entry' form to us, you agree to accept this charge and to settle our invoice within 14 days of receipt.

The 'Online Directory' is revised on a daily basis throughout the year. All requested amendments are implemented by ExpertSearch Ltd for existing subscribers of the directory on a 'same day' basis, without charge (an important aspect of the service which we provide to our subscribers). Please access the 'Edit this entry' form via the link which appears at the foot of your entry, amend any fields which you wish to change and hit the 'Submit' button. Alternatively, amendment requests may be communicated to us by email, post, phone (02920 577000) or fax (02920 578000).

Please note that entries are not amended instantly. For security reasons, amendment forms are sent to us by email, and are scrutinised by us, prior to manual implementation. Where any doubt exists as to the provenance of an amendment request, we contact the subscriber by phone or email, in order to verify the amendment request - in this way eliminating the risk of any unauthorised third party amendments being made to any entry in the directory.

Where subscription renewal charges are settled via a standing order arrangement, the above subscription charge is reduced by £20 p.a. (or 10%) to £175 p.a., reflecting the assistance which this method of settlement gives to the company's administration procedures.

Please note that ExpertSearch offers two additional unique features:-

(1) our 'AdWords' arrangement, whereby it is possible to raise the visibility of an entry (see: www.expertsearch.co.uk/adwords). The cost of this feature is £120 p.a. (providing six 'adwords').

(2) the ability to set up an entry as a 'stand alone' web page, with the subscriber's own domain name and matching email address (see, e.g.: www.acmed.co.uk).

The cost of this feature is £120 p.a., plus a single payment set up charge of £75 (which includes the cost of purchasing/registering the domain name).

NB ExpertSearch Ltd aims to provide a charging structure which is both clear and transparent, and does not believe in 'chargeable extras' or any form of hidden charges. The above (non-VATable) costs constitute the totality of the company's charging structure.
