Peter Oxendale has acted as a consultant musicologist, forensic
musicologist and expert witness in copyright matters for over 27
years and has written over 1,800 reports for use in copyright
infringement cases. He has prepared reports for most of the major
record companies and music publishers, both in the UK and abroad,
as well as for many of the top music business lawyers. He has also
acted as an arbitrator between two major publishers. Details of some
